New Shoots is the RHS initiative that aims to increase the number and diversity of people considering horticulture as a career. Having kicked off at RHS Wisley and RHS Bridgewater in early 2023, New Shoots is coordinating a number of opportunities to get hands-on experience of horticulture as well as an idea of the many career options within the sector. Join the RHS Horticultural Engagement Manager Lisa Peter to hear more about work experience placements, flexible volunteering opportunities for people in education or work, and taster events.
