David Fisher is Lantra's Head of Industry Partnerships, overseeing the development and implementation of training and qualifications in Landscaping and Agriculture. Having worked at Lantra for close to 9 years, David's role has included achieving CRD recognition of Lantra’s Pesticides qualification suite and working closely with large companies and trade associations to create recognised training, qualifications and CPD across a wide range of land-based industries. As an active member of industry forums and steering groups, David continues to liaise employers and trade associations and the HSE on important issues including minimising chemical usage, the move towards battery powered equipment and reducing work-based injuries through nationally recognised operator training.
