To vote for your 'Best in Show' come along to LANDSCAPE and have your say...

Adrian Gray Stonebalancing Sculptures: STAND CP73

This 9 ton sculpture is located on the West coast of Scotland. It was created using local Gneiss rocks with traces of Samsonite which gives it a slight metallic sheen. The stones were balanced using a large telehandler and lots of patience. Once balanced the stones were removed and internal metal fabrication was used to fix the stones in their balanced position for safety and longevity.

The new owners of the sculpture tell me that although they know it is balanced they still feel a reluctance to approach too close as the sculpture retains it's own balancing "presence". Standing under this sculpture does give you the willies!

A traditional clay-buster and ‘gold-standard’ top dressing for clay soils. Aids drainage. A beautiful mulch for moisture retention - ‘dresses’ a garden with a luxurious golden brown subtly changing with light and rain.
Made from bracken harvested from the fells and commons of the World Heritage Lake District National Park.
Delivered in Bulk, FBSC (729l and 1200l) or 40 litre bags.

Taking inspiration from the delicate beauty of layered feathers, our Plume collection evokes the soft velvety sensation of a bird’s plumage. In keeping with their inherent water repellence, all Plume fabrics have been treated to repel stains and water, handy when hosting a garden party or taking vacation at sea. From a vibrant cerise to a chic, easy to use neutral, Plume will look equally at home in the garden as it will out on the ocean.

Designed to coordinate with the other Extex fabrics, Plume can be mixed and matched to create your own bespoke scheme.

Global Stone: STAND E57

Terrazzo: 1920’s looks for the 2020’s lifestyle Brand new to Global Stone, Terrazzo is a classically designed porcelain for the modern garden.

Like the natural marble chip material, the porcelain paving is hard wearing, low moisture absorption, and highly resistant to severe weather including heat, frost and cold. It is almost totally impervious to moisture and not impacted by salts, oils and chemicals. Global Stone have now created a porcelain version with a natural finish. With a hint of sparkle, our range consists of three stunning colours, black, grey and white, and is ideal for both contemporary and traditional designs.

Add a personal touch to your garden with this Adjustable Garden Screen, available from Grange.

This product is ideal for zoning off areas in a garden. It has the option to be used with slats open, or tilt slats to create privacy and allow for sunlight to deflect in different directions around your garden.

This premium panel is fully framed with a steel mechanism and pressure-treated to provide longevity in use.

FSC Timber from well managed forests.

Hook Up Solutions: STAND A33

Landscaping materials are often delivered in either bulk tonne bags or pallets and dropped off at kerb-side which then need to be transported to the rear of the property, often through narrow access.

You will be pleased to know there is a very simple, safe and cost effective way to shift these materials to the heart of your site – The HOOKA machine!

This machine is only 1metre wide yet can lift 1.5 tonne, so a perfect solution for moving all your landscaping materials and a lot more!

Matteini Tranquillo Piante: STAND C9

It has been more than 20 years since Tranquillo Matteini noticed in his nursery an oak variety that was different from all the others. Elegant and particularly compact, the plant was grafted to the traditional Quercus Ilex to create a new type of plant, unique in its genre: the ‘Quercus Ilex Matteini’.

Over time, the new variety has shown a greater resistance to cold weather and to plant diseases. Its leaves are clean, larger and thicker. With its lush growth, Quercus Ilex Matteini is the result of years of research and experiments.

Enjoy the specimen at their stand, where it will be presented for the very first time.

Moore Concrete Products Ltd: STAND C71

ECOncrete’s Bio Active Living Wall provides an innovative solution, creating green living walls in urban developments. This original technology creates ecologically active infrastructure, which is specifically designed to induce, rapid plant growth on inland buildings.  A combination of the physical and chemical properties of the wall tiles strongly influences their capability to support the growth of wall clinging plants, endolithic algae, lichens and mosses.
